What Does RBC 4-5/hpf And Pus Cells 1-2/hpf Indicate?

Hello, My child had severe diarea for last 10 days and for last 5 days he is been hospitalized. Previous report before hospitalization was RBC 5-6/hpf and Pus Cells 80-85/hpf and Current report is showing RBC 4-5/hpf and Pus cells 1-2/hpf. is he still infected?

Your reports suggest that your child was suffering from infective diarrhea and now recovered.
if the pus cells are 10 or more than 10/HPF, then it suggests infection.
