Hi
sla-levels indicate soluble liver antigens positive.
It is autoimmune hepatitis.
First, doctor will try to treat it with immunosuppressants.
Do you have history of autoimmune diseases-RA etc?
Besides reports,what are your nephew's symptoms?complains?
Donot Worry,follow your doctor's instructions.
It appears autoimmune hepatits. It will not creat any problem. Drink plenty of water. Try Liv.52 DS 1BD for one month, repeat your liver function tests including HBs Ag after one month.
Hi,
Please mention the exact symptoms and problems of your nephew.
It seems it is auto-immune hepatitis.
Further evaluation is extremely important before starting any treatment.
Further the response of the treatment and subsequent course of the disease also depends on thorough evaluation.
