What Does TSH: 0.444 And Thyroglobulin QT 1.4 Mean?

I have been hypothyroid since I was 5; I am now 42 (female). My TSH is 0.444 and thyroglobulin QT 1.4. (T4 1.54, T3 3). What does this tell me? I m taking 137mcg levothyroxine daily and have felt the symptoms of hyperthyroid for a while now. But I don t recall ever having a thyroglobulin QT drawn. My MD is out for two weeks before I can discuss this in detail. Any insight you can provide would be helpful.

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism and you are taking levothyroxine. Your TSH is low now. So it suggest drug induced hyperthyroidism. That is the reason for you symptoms.

You need to decrease the dosage of levothyroxine according to advice.
