What Does Xray That Shows Slipped Disc In Neck Indicate?
X-rays show I have a slipped disc in my neck. My symptoms are instable neck - can t bend forward for very long at a time, and unbelievable popping or snapping going on both in soft tissue and maybe in bony areas. Dr. suggests an MRI to see what is going on. In the meantime, should I be concerned abut anything?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suspected of having disc prolapse. Your MRI has already been advised. Till then you should provide rest to your neck as rest and analgesic is main treatment of it. Analgesic such as diclofenac can be taken for pain. Mecobalamine will be useful. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
