I have a mole located on my labia. I have had it for as long as I can remember. It has changed within the last year. It s black and almost the size of a dime now. It shape is irregular and I just noticed this week that there is a large lump under it the size of a hazelnut. I m very concerned. I have had a handful of mole biopsies in the past. Only one was precancerous and I had to have more tissue removed. That of which came back normal. I am a 27 year old female who is Spanish and native American. As a teenager I tanned a lot both outdoors and in tanning booths. Since my early 20 s I have always used sunscreen habitually. I plan to see a.dermatologist soon.
