I have gone through your query and found that the result of you blood sugar was 96 /93 after 3/4 hour of eating .That is not relvent reading
You have to take reading exactly after 2 hours after is PP Should be (NORMAL) 110 - 140 and 12 hours after meals is fasting ( NORMAL)72-- 110
So I want to know , 130 reading was after how many hours of meals .
What you ate that night ? More carbs , fibers , less protein ,veges ? how any hours you slept that night ? all these and many more factors are responsible for
diabetes -- high level of sugar in blood .
I don't know what is your life style ? because of which, you have acquired
obesity as well as
hypertension , due to obesity. and thus becomes a complex problem .
But Dear need not worry . Do Karma ,the duty for yourself and for others ,to take care , obesity is great culprit which causes so many problems .
Treatment with tablets and
insulin is not enough. A strict diet control containing fiber ,protein
vitamins & minerals and regular walk , deep breathing exercise
yoga to control weight is a part of naturo therapy which bestows you with absolute health without side effects .
Make sure that is also happening. Loss of weight will in the long term help you control the sugars and hypertension better.
Avoid fast fried foods carbs tea coffee , alcohol colas & constipation
make below antioxidents as part of your life--
Take 5-6 cloves of garlic cut into pieces gulp with glass of water, early
in the morning . Can mix juice of lemon in water
Take fenugreek powder with water ,
Bitter gourd juice 30 ml also helps keep sugar level down
A level spoon turmeric powder in a cup of hot milk , after dinner
before bed time .
The above regimen if followed regularly will help you healthy happy life .
