What Does A Brown Spot On Penis Indicate?
About a week ago I noticed a blueish, brown spot on my shaft. There was no bump when flaccid, and a physician had said that it did not look like a genital wart. However, when I am hard, the spot is slightly raised. Is it genital warts or a possible blood vessel? It has not changed in a week. Thanks.

two differentials are there. 1. lichen planus 2. bowenoid papulosis
most common is lichen planus.
apply clobetasol oint twice daily. lichen planus will start subsiding after 1-2 week. nothing will happen to bowenoid papulosis.
get examined by dermatologist for confirmation of disease.
