What Does A Bruise On Foot Indicate?

Hi, so I ve recently started doing another type of dance and after every session I ve come away with a very large bruise on the top of my foot. I ve got rather bumpy shaped feet so I think I ve been slamming into the bones in floor work but I was wondering if there was anyway to prevent the bruising?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I came to know that you got very large bruises on dorsum of foot after dance. It is quite unusual. So you should get your investigators such as BT , CT etc to rule out bleeding disorders. Till then you can keep it elevated on pillow. Icing will be helpful. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us . I will be happy to help you.
