What Does A Bump On Face Moving Towards Cheekbone Indicate?

i have had a bump on my face for a couple weeks now beside my nose. it is hard like a cyst. All of a sudden tonight it started moving, and within a couple of hours it has traveled below my eye to my cheekbone. My question is, is this some type of parasite, and what kind could it be? Also, what can I do to treat this?

based from your description, that lump could be a fibroma, a lipoma or a cyst (sebaceous or keratinous type).. it is best if you have it checked clinically. diagnostics and management will be done accordingly.
