What Does A Bump On Penis Indicate?

I have had a bump on the left side rim of my penis for about two months. The diameter is about the size of a pencil eraser. Irritation comes and goes. Sometimes it blends in with the rest of my penis and sometimes it sticks out a little. I went to the doctor and he thought just irritated papules maybe. Have some cream tried it for two weeks. Thought it was getting better but it didn t. Now there is just a little reddish flaking skin by it under the rim. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be due to sebaceous cyst, in my opinion just wait for some time because this would be surgical condition some time it may come around on its own, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
