i have an embarrassing situation this will be the second time and I want to stop it before it gets worse..I have a pimple or cyst or something on my bottom it hurts to sit, to go bathroom, to walk,,im ok right now but I feel it may get worse by the weekend

Hello,

You may be suffering from furunculosis or boil in the buttocks. Use tablet Amoxiclav twice a day for five days. Keep cotton to collect pus from it. Use tablet Chymoral forte twice a day for five days.

Without an examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Also, have to keep in mind like haemorrhoids or molluscum contagious or warts or sebaceous cyst or pilonidal sinus or fistula etc.

If symptoms not improved with the above drugs please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
