I have just started seeing a small black dot in my vision a little off from center and moving out of my vision a little ahead of my eye movement in the same direction. It is distracting and because it is so authentic looking, as though a bird or lizard caught my peripheral attention, it has me constantly thinking I ve seen a bird in my peripheral sight zone.
these are muskivolitantis ,degenerative bodies from retina floating in vetrious. as such no treatment but to be kept under watch. if there is sudden increase then fundus examination to look for hole tear and peripheral detachment. if requered laser aplication may be considered to check further retinal detachment
