What Does A Hard Lump Near Left Hip Bone Indicate?

I have a hard lump near my left hip bone, and its kinda tender to the touch, almost like I have to go to the bathroom.. and it just started hurting after my boyfriend "fingered me" and now i'm bleeding like i'm starting my period, but I know i'm not..
