What Does A Hard Lump On Inner Thigh Indicate?

hello, i have a weird , hard ball in my inner thigh. i was thinking it could have been a cyst, but im not sure. although it doesnt hurt all the time, a sharp pain will come and go. the last time i had one of these water and blood came out of it. what could it be?

To make exact diagnosis please get MRI of swelling done and send me the report.

Till then you can send the culture if fluid comes out of it.
