What Does A Itchy Black Spot On Breast Indicate?

I have this one spot on my right Breast that looks like a blackhead, I ve had it for about 20 years and I never get anymore. Every now and then it itches and I squeeze it. This black/brown color stuff comes out and there is a hole that never closes. I ve had the same thing on my armpit when I was a teen but it is gone now. How do I get rid of this one spot? After I squeeze it there is a burning sensation. Thank you!

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
Your description matches with that.
Usually fungal infections are itchy and recurrent.
Please get a KOH mount done,
This can confirm the fungal etiology.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Treatment must be continued for at least a month to prevent recurrance.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
