What Does A Itchy Bump Inside The Vagina Indicate?
I thought I had a yeast infection because my vagina was itching and burning so I took the one day treatment but it did not seem to stop the irregular burning every now and then. I took a closer look at it and when looking at my vagina or rather into it it looked rough and bumpy and in fact it was to the touch. This is the second time this has happened to me but the first time was only about 2 days. I am now three days into this one and it doesn t seem to be going away as fast as before. It is getting better but very slowly. Could this be an std or another type of infection?
I think that this condition of your can be due to fungal infection. I will suggest you apply an anti-fungal ointment with steroids locally and start taking anti-fungal tablets itraconazole 200 mg weekly for 4 weeks. Also, start tablet Levocetirizine 10 mg at night for 10 days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
