What Does A Itchy Lump In The Pubic Area Indicate?

Hi I am 21 and the last 2 year's I have had painful intercourse. My lady doctor says its just my colon and I am dry. I do not believe this. I now have a painful itchy lump in my peritoneal area. I went to a different lady doc to get a second opinion since I do not believe this is my colon. I am in a lot of pain and very itch I dont have multiple partners and have never been pregnant. I am on birth control for cysts. The lady doc I recently saw lost my test result and gave me a pill for yeast which I didn't think was the problem. The pill didn't help. Well today I noticed an orange color mixed in my mucus. Please help I am very frustrated and scared also itchy and in pain. This has been almost 3 years now.
