Hello, Last week I slept on a futon at a friend s house. The next day I discovered a knot in my left shoulder. The knot is about the size of a golf ball and inhibited me from full range motion in my shoulder. I noticed my shoulder seemed pushed further forward than usual. During stretching I noticed the knot was not only below my clavicle as well as I had another knot under my arm pit. Since stretching I m experiencing pulling and spasms.
