Do you want only subjective information or about any patient suffering from this problem? If yes, weather he is complaining of fever? Discharge from rectum, pain in the rectum??
This area is most prone to infection because fat is more which has less number of blood vessels. It can be damaged during delivery or pudendal nerve blocks, infections, Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis etcetera.
As you mentioned in your report, it says that he is having ischiorectal fossa with fistula formation so he need to be evaluated. So, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
