I have a small knot/lump just above left kneecap I can feel, It is right under the skin, not part of kneecap. Feels like a black and blue although I don't remember hurting knee and there is no mark. I cn move the knot a little. When I do, the pain feels like a black and blue. The pain is not extreme. just annoying and has been there for months
