I have a marble sized lump in my throat that when i put my neck down i can feel it under my jaw line towards the molar area, right side. i can feel the whole lump when in put my neck down and grab around it with my fingers i was able to move it around over my jaw line a little bit and now i feel the lump without touching it and having my head down.u noticed the lump around the time i had my wisdom tooth infected i took antibiotics and had it removed back in sept. But still have the lump. Could it be cancer?
It may be a palpable submandibular lymph node enlarged due to infected tooth probably....what is the consistancy of it and any other lesion like a nonhealing ulcer in oral cavity and history of addiction. You should go for a full course of antibiotic with serratiopeptidase and a through checkup in ent clinic to rule out any suspicious lesion to be on a safe side.
