What Does A Lump In Throat Indicate?
I have had a lump in my throat that feels like a mucus plug for almost a month. I was on musinex for over a week and that seemed to help a little. Since I went off of it, the mucus has come back. My sinuses hurt a little but not much. My throat is dry but not sore. I am 59 and healthy. I teach fitness classes and my weight is average for my height. I do not want to be on medications forever. Do I need to see a specialist?

u just have to drink plenty of water .
and electrolytes containing drinks like coconut water or ORS.
if u stilll have discomfort u can do salt water gargling with little warm water twice daily.
u can continue MUCOLYTE syrup for a week if u still have phlegm in throat along with this simple remedies
