What Does A Lump On Mid Back Near The Spine Indicate?
During a massage a lump was pointed out to me by the masseuse. It is soft, perhaps liquid filled, moveable and painless. It is located mid back near my spine. I have never had any back injuries and very little cancer in my family history. Any general ideas as to what would cause this type of thing would be appreciated. Thanks!

IN my view it can be either simple sebaceous cyst or a lipoma where there is collection of cheezy material is present. The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
Take care.
