What Does A Lump On Nipple Indicate?
I was watching tv and i noticed that i have a some like ball in my nipple and im worried my nipple has been sore for about 3 weeks i have not been worried about it but i am now im a male so i know its not breast cancer i am 12 years old people say its just puberty but i just wanna know for a fact thank you.

as you are 12 yr old probably it is pubertal gynecomastia.Gynecomastia is a benign condition in males, characterized by proliferation of glandular elements resulting in concentric enlargement of one or both breasts. During puberty, there is often a transient relative imbalance between estrogen and testosterone, leading to gynecomastia. This condition usually resolves by age 18 years when adult androgen/estrogen ratios are achieved.
one more thing breast cancer can also occur in males.
