What Does A Lump On Vulva Indicate?

Hi, I m a 23 year old female, 175 lbs, 5 6. I m sexually active (both clean), but have recently noticed a marble sized lump on my vulva. It is purple in color. The top is squishy while if you press firmer it is a solid mass. There is no pain when touched/squeezed other than the pressure.
