What Does A Lump Under My Xiphoid Process Indicate?
I have a lump under my xiphoid process. Not painful. It's hard. You can see it when I lean back through my skin. No weight loss or loss of appetite. I feel like it's been there a while. But just paying more attention to it now. It's not my xiphoid process. I'm 32 years old. 190 lbs. Been gaining weight. Not very active.
