What Does A Lumps On Upper Back Indicate?

Hi! My husband in the past 2 weeks has had a red small lump smaller than a dime on the upper back part of his head near his crown. This lump,bump when pressed on, he says gives him headaches. He has the lost the hair around it and has a small bald spot. What is this ?

Even though it needs a clinical assessment to arrive at a diagnosis, this seems to be either a sebaceous cyst or a dermoid noticed now. I would advise you to get it assessed by your family physician or a general surgeon for further investigations and management.
