What Does A Pink Scar At Center Of Buttocks Indicate?

This is embarrassing but I have to ask someone. I'm a 22 year old woman. I have a pink line that looks a lot like a scar down the very center of my butt. My parents briefly have mentioned that my genitals were not fully formed or open or something when I was born. Could this be a scar?
