what does a rapid heartbeat signify during pregnancy. Im 22 weeks and my pulse has been 110 and today is 102. Should I be worried? I am 40 with a bmi of 32. I have been breathless for most of my pregnancy, and am struggling to walk the distances I used to with my dogs.
