What Does A Red Lump In The Vagina Indicate?

Hi my name is Hayden, and I am 14. So on a side of my labia its obviously bigger, but on the larger side it has a small red lump on it. The lump is not painful and it has been there forever. I have never had sex, but have had periods before. What could this be? Please help!
