What Does A Small Bump On Thighs Next To Pubic Area Indicate?

hello i played soccer about 5 days ago and i did a slide tackle and got a brusine on the right leg bythe buttocks was a grass burn that night my leg was hard to mvoe and later the next day i noticed a small bump on my thigh next to my pubic area just a little higher i am wondering what it could be and if it was from the accident supposedly?

It is little difficult to tell without actually examining the bump, you could possibly get back by uploading the picture
However with the history you have given it is most likely to be folliculitis. You will
have to be treated with antibiotics. Aboid friction over the area
