Hi. Since when is the pain and swelling? Any fever? It could be a pilonidal abscess or a sinus if there is any diacharge from it. I suggest you see a Doctor soonest who would probably advice you a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines. Let us know if it persists or you have any more queries. Take care.
