ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, it seems like a swelling in relation to the parotid gland which is a salivary gland. The relation to meal is a typical history in such patients. Please take plenty of fluids and maintain good oral hygiene. A course of antibiotics in consultation with an ENT should be taken along with mucolytics. In case the problem does not subside. An MRI of the parotid region may be require in case the problem does not resolve. Regards
