What Does A Water Blister Growth Next To The Eye Indicate?

I am a male, 62 years old and have a 'water blister' type growth next to my left eye. It does not hurt or impair my vision and there are otherwise no symptoms. Can you tell me what this is, and should it be removed?
I really don't have the money to see a doctor about this so your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a water blister like growth next to the eye. This can be cystic lesion involving the glands of the eyelids or skin next to the eye lids.
Since it is causing any symptom like pain, redness and visual problems no need to worry it may not require any treatment.
Hence I advice you to just watch it and if you are having symptoms then you can consult your doctor for treatment.

Thank you
