What Does Abnormality In Mastoid Air Cells Indicate?

For quite a while now, my blood pressure has been a bit high. I currently have something going on with my throat. It is swollen inside and out, and the most painful sore throat I have ever had, hands down. The pain (I assume) is making my blood pressure higher. At what point should I seek medical attention? It is currently 149/111, pulse 109.

Those values ( especially diastolic blood pressure ) require medical attention and treatment, so, you should not wait for further increase of blood pressure because of associated risk of stroke, miocardial infarction. Swollen throat also may require antibiotics treatment, and, if mastoid air cells are affected too, an infection of the middle ear should be considered and treated too with antibiotics.
