What Does Absence Of Fetal Pole In Ultrasound Indicate?

I am supposed to be 10 weeks pregnant because I saw my last period 2nd of september. I went for my first ultra sound and there was no fetal pole seen and its estimated that im six weeks pregnant, that cant be sinxe the last time I saw my period was in september. pls help

Do you have regular cycles?
Did you do a pregnancy test? If so when was it done? This information is important to know to help you better.
There are two possibilities. The first possibility is probably you ovulated late and conceived late.
The second possibility is probably this is not a healthy pregnancy and the pregnancy is not growing.
I would advise you to repeat ultrasound after 8-10 days expecting to see fetal pole if it is a healthy pregnancy. This will make things clear.
