What Does Active Motile Sperms-50% On Semen Analysis Suggest?

My detail HSA report are volume : 3ml, consistency: normal, liquification time: 60min, count: 50 M/ml, active motile: 50%, slugish motile: 15%, non motile: 35%, morphology- normal: 60%. Abnomal: 40%, RBC : nil, puls cell : 0-1/ hpf, fat laden macrophases 0-1/hpf. Pls tell me what its says?

hello userr, as per this report - the sperm count is ok , motility and morphology is ok and other parameters are normal except an increased liquefication time of 60 mins , that should have been below 30 mins normally - however you have not reported days of abstinence - if sample is given after many days of abstinence the liquefication time can raise - ideally sample should be given after 2 days of abstinence . in any case the report needs to be repeated after about 6 weeks to make a reliable interpretation . and meanwhile you can consult a reproductive endocrinologist/fertility specialist for opinion and management .
