What Does Aggressive Colon Cancer Mean?
When a really close friend tell you they have aggressive colon cancer, what does this mean? I want to be helpful and supportive, but am not sure where to start or know how serious the diagnosis is? Suggestions on how to proceed and know what would be helpful?

Aggressive colon cancer means it could spread beyond colon that is called metastasis. In metastasis prognosis is poor.
To know whether it is metastasized or not CT scan investigation can be done. Please provide your friend's reports for giving more comments on that condition.
