What Does An MRI Report Showing Increased Posterior Left Disc Herniation At L4-5 Indicate?
Hello, I think that besides herniation, instability of your lumbar spine should be considered. Dynamic (upright position, flexed and extended ) x-rays are necessary for evaluation of this possibility. Surgery in such cases should aim to stabilize the spine and to decompress the neural structures. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
