What Does An Enlarged Right Lacrimal Caruncle Indicate?

I noticed 2 weeks ago that my right lacrimal caruncle is bit bigger than my left eye. I have cataract surgery in both eyes, right eye on June 9 and the left eye on Sept. 1. Sometimes i can feel some foreign bodies in my right eye especially at night time

it is inflammatory condition. can be retrograde infection from nasolacrimal gland. punctum dilatation and syringing maybe done. maybe flushed with ofloxacin eye drop.apply refresh eye tear drop
