What Does An Itchy Red Rash On The Left Foot Indicate?

I had approx half dollar size area on inside of my left foot that has now grown n size & 2 other areas have devolped approx dime & nickel size. Areas are red & flaky. And itch @ times. I thought ringworm however with treatments it continues to increase in size.

Your mentioned symptoms suggestive of fungal infection mostly. However, to confirm diagnosis I suggest you upload a photo of the lesion to comment further.

Sometime fungus might not a response to usually used antifungal like Clotrimazole but luliconazole can be beneficial. But it's advisable to upload a photo before giving further comment.
