What Does Anteverted Uterus With Myoma Nodules In Ultrasound Mean?
My ultrasound reading said I have anteverted uterus with myoma nodules as described. Reading m1-right anterior upper uterine segment intramural measuring 2.3x2.3x1.6cm M2-anterior lower uterine segment intramural measuring 0.6x0.5x0.4cm
Hello, Your sonogram report says that there are two myomas or fibroids noted on your uterus, both of them inside the muscle layer or intra-mural; one is in the upper part of the uterus or upper segment on the right side and in the front and this is the larger one, while the other is in the lower part or segment of the uterus. Most often these are asymptomatic. Treatment is based on the symptoms, size, reproductive need etc. They are usually not dangerous. Please see your consultant for further care. Hope this helps.
