What Does Bigger Nipples Indicate?

Hi, I am 22 years old guy and my nipples are slightly bigger than most of my friends, they are puffy and have sort of a hard tissue underneath but it doesnt hurt . what is it ? is it gyno or something like that that requires a surgery ? im not obese or fat but i do have some extra weight, but i know alot of fat people that have smaller nipples than mine.

Hello,

Size of the nipple can vary between individuals. If there is any bulge protrusion like a female breast, we have to rule out conditions like gynaecomastia must be ruled out. If there is any doubt, an ultrasound scan may be considered.
