Hi, bilateral perifimbrial adhesions are due to some infection or bleeding in the pelvic cavity. There are two tubes, one on each side connected to uterus for picking up and carrying the egg from ovary to the uterus. The ends of the tubes near the ovaries are having finger like processes which are called fimbria. In your case the fimbria are attached to each other and/or the surrounding tissues by fibrous strands. Due to this they cannot pick up the eggs for transportation ultimately leading to infertility.

Such condition has to be tackled surgically by clearing the fibrous bands and making the fimbria free. However, the success of the surgery in terms of conception is not encouraging. The results of micro-surgery are better than routine surgery.

If untreated, may cause pain in abdomen in future life.

I hope your ideas about your ailments are clear now. You have to take an informed decision.
