What Does Black And Blue Bruise With Protrution On The Top Of Anus Indicate?

I have black and blueness on the top of the opening of my anus. It protrudes a bit and doesn't really hurt unless I touch it. It is soft, not hard like a pimple or cyst. It looks like a bruise almost but it is inflamed. Please let me know if this sounds like symptoms of something you have heard of.
