What Does Bleeding Arm With Slight Skin Scratch Mean?

My lower left arm top bleeds with any slight skin scratch caused by very slight bumping. I have four to five scabs at any one time. When they heal they leave a scar. I have about nine scars and five scabs now. This has become a problem the last three months. Regards, Don

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.you have wounds due to scratching.my opinion is that,
1.dont scratch the lesions.
2.maintain good hygiene over the area.
3.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the area for 7 days.
4.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days if you have pain.
