OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Bleeding in sevent h month of pregnancy can be due to several reasons like :
1. Placenta lying in lower segment of uterus ( placenta previa)
2. Bleeding around the fetus ( large subchorionic haemorrhage or abruptio placenta, which is associated with pain abdomen).
3. Idiopathic( cause not found)
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and get an ultrasound done to assess the cause and get treatment accordingly.
Idiopathic bleeding needs progesterone support in the form of injection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you both good health.
