What Does Blood And Stony Objects In Urine Imply?

This started a week ago-I had to leave work because I was experiencing really bad, abnormal cramps in my lower abdomen. They got worse over the course of several hours. They felt similar to the pain I've felt with a UTI, but still slightly different and much worse. After trying to pee for 2 hours, I noticed some blood, tissue, and small stone-like objects in my urine. Later my urine resembled something like coca cola. I felt extremely weak, tiered, and had a slight fever. I don't have health insurance, so I waited it out. I felt almost back to normal the next day, minus some minor side back pain and other moments of internal discomfort. I was also still experiencing frequent urination and that feeling of urgency. Things started to look better as the week went on, so I dismissed it, until this morning. The back pain is worse, along with the discomfort and urgency feeling. A test for leukocytes in the urine was positive.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my surgical experience, the condition here is passage of fragment of calculus from the urethra and still there is residual fragment remaining in the urinary tract.
* I strongly recommend to march ahead to ER and get an X-ray of the KUB done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
