What Does Blood Filled Lump Between Testicles And Anus Indicate?

About four weeks ago I had a small lump maybe two centimeters( in the region between my testicles and anus, about in the middle, it was there for about a week, at the end of the week I squeezed it and pus and blood came out, also by just touching it and around it it would leave an odd smell on my fingers, , it dissappeared quickly after I squeezed it, now today I notice a bigger lump in my pubic hair region above my penis on my left side between my thigh and my penis( in the corner part where my leg touches my penis) and it s about 3 to four centimeters across, and it also oozes a bit of pus and blood when squeezed. But there is no smell. I m worried , I need to know what this may be a symptom of if anything? I only had unprotected sex with one female and it s not possible she have me any diseased or std s (not to say not possible but As a non bias standpoint I highly doubt that she would have) please help!!!
