What Does Blood In Urine Indicate 7 Weeks After A Hip Replacement Surgery?

I had some blood in my urine. After a urine dipstick and culture no bacteria was found. I had a trace of protein, UA Poct and a moderateBlood, UA poct What does this mean. I have a follow up app t with a urologist. I had a hip replacement 7 weeks ago and took high does of aspirin for one month to ward off blood clots. I am taking over the counter tylenol and aleve or advil but only one a day. Canyou help

with no other symptoms other than blood in urine,it more suggests as aspirin over dose .Consult a physician near by and get you bleeding time ,clotting time and PTINR done.
